Chapter 1
INNER TRANSFORMATION & ENERGY
“Listen to the inner light; it will guide you.
Listen to the inner peace; it will feed you.
Listen to the inner love; it will transform
you, it will divinise you, it will immortalise
you.”
SRI CHINMOYThe stories you have been telling yourself all your lives are not even your stories. Your stories are being formed through the environment you live in based on what people say to you, what you learn, see, hear,
in other words, your socio-cultural conditioning. You can drop the stories this very minute to change your lives for the best and be your Best Version._ You Need to Introspect _
“Your trials did not come to punish you, but
to awaken you-to make you realize that you
are a part of Spirit and that just behind the
sparks of your life is the Flame of infinity.”
PARAMAHANSA YOGANANDA
As per researchers, we think more than 50,000 thoughts every day, and more than half are negative, and the rest is mostly a repetition of your thoughts from the day before. Therefore, it becomes imperative to have
daily positive thoughts through introspection to evolve, grow daily, and become your Best Version. Now even though all these facts have come before us, it becomes challenging to reflect within ourselves. Sometimes, when we reflect within ourselves, we feel vulnerable, or we may feel scared. We cannot deny that human nature is of a survival mode and wants to be in a comfort zone. Moreover, our ego makes us so proud that
we do not want to change at all. Even though self-reflection is hard, we still need to understand ourselves more deeply and share our intuitive knowledge with the world. Self-reflection also helps us grow, develop,
and improvise ourselves daily to get better and better with time.Differences between Change and Transformation
Change
Change is small or
large and needs to
be continuously
monitored and
maintained.
Change requires the
external factors to
modify your actions
in your life.
Transformation
Transformation is big and
significant as it brings a
change in our internal
belief system based on
which we function or act.
Transformation does not
need to be maintained or
monitored by the external
influence, as it is more
likely to be permanent.
Transformation changes
your beliefs so that your
actions become a part of
you, helping you
accomplish your desired
results or the life you so
desire._ Fundamental to Understanding _
Inner Transformation
Inner Transformation changes your inner self in terms of thoughts, visualization, words, faith, action, or a combination of a few or all together. The fundamental to understanding Inner Transformation is to embrace silence and understand and accept where you are rather than being in a denial mode.
_ Denial Mode __
Denial mode means a mode in which you protect yourself to such a great extent that you refuse to accept the way you have been conditioned all your life.
_ Your Outer World Reflects Your Inner World _
We need to stop blaming our environment and connect with our inner self to align with our spiritual side.
Therefore, an Inner Transformation is essential to become your Best Version and live to its hilt. In other words, the solution to all your problems is to transform yourself. Doing is in the Being so Re-member
Yourself!

The Inner Transformation will begin when you commit to changing your beliefs and behaviour. Thus, changing one’s life is not an easy task, or else everyone would have been doing it. It requires Patience, Discipline, Motivation, Confidence, and an unwavering belief in one’s ability to create a life of one’s
aspirations.
In this life, you are in self-alignment with your life’s purpose and your higher self. You can practice the following steps to bring in the Inner Transformation:
7 Steps to Inner Transformation
Step 1 __Change Your Belief System or Paradigm
The way you function in this world is based on your belief system. Once you change your belief system, you can change your entire life. When I was younger, I had a very fixed
mindset that defined my entire life up to the point where I was clueless. One day, my coach told me that you would have to change your mindset if you want your life to change. You will have to reprogram your subconscious mind in the theta level, which is just before going to sleep or just when you get up in the morning. I started to reprogram my subconscious mind, and I realized that I was evolving and growing into the person I always wanted to be. I transformed my life from a mediocre mindset to a mindset that made me believe that I can be a limitless human being, and nothing is impossible. I was no longer caged by my self-limiting beliefs, which always sabotaged me from being the person I always wanted to be. Once I changed my mindset, I realized that power is within me and so is in everyone else, and the only limitations we have as
human beings are defined by ourselves. The power has always been within us, as we are all born for greatness. I needed to realise that I had to be in love with myself and believe in myself if I wanted the world to
love me and believe in me.
“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”.
WAYNE DYER
Step 2 __Decide and Commit
Decide that you will not let life pass by; instead, you will transform yourself into the person you
always craved to be. Successful people have always done whatever it takes to transform their lives,
even if it means stepping out of their comfort zone. Successful people commit 100%, rather than
being in a decision half-heartedly, either go all out or do not go at all. Successful people have gained expertise in their niche areas and have been focused on their goals. It has helped them to accomplish their set goals to become successful and live the life of their dreams.Step 3 ___Become an Action Taker
It means that you need to take action, big or small, to change certain aspects of your life that are not conducive to your success. You need to commit to yourself to one aspect in your life and then focus on that.
If you want to progress in life, imbibe what you have learned. It will also help attain a deeper understanding of what you have learned. It would help if you also shared what you have learned, as the more learning
you share, the more your learning gets instilled in your subconscious mind.Step 4 __Accomplish Results You Desire
Celebrate your achievements be it small or big. To transform yourself, you need to look at small achievements. It will trigger a new momentum in your life, leading to more significant results.Step 5 ___Become Consistent in What You Do
The underlying difference between success and failure is consistency. Whatever you are trying to accomplish in life, your lack of consistency will hinder the progress towards achieving what you have set your intentions on. Now do not get obsessed with the outcome or forget about the process as then it will become exceedingly difficult for you to be consistent. When most people set off to accomplish something in their life, they
focus more on the sacrifices they will have to make rather than the gains. They become scared or fearful, which leads them to become inconsistent in taking actions in whatever they want to accomplish.Step 6 __Change Your Perception About Yourself
It means that once you start achieving your set goals, your perception of yourself changes from being a disempowered person to an empowered one. Now that your being has been formed by you by achieving your results, you need to question yourself. What kind of a new person do you want to be? Now, as time passes by, you will actualize and strengthen your identity. It will change your behaviour, and in turn, it will allow you
to accomplish all your goals, be it personal or professional.Step 7 __Commit to Becoming Your Best Version
You can commit to becoming your Best Version through conditioning and reinforcement. To become your Best Version, you will have to continuously be an action taker to get stronger as an individual with time. If you do not commit, then you only remain conditioned with your self limiting beliefs all your life. As for me, I started self-development at an early age. I decided not to accept anything less than being my best self; instead, I committed to being my Best Version. I got rid of everything that did not make me evolve and grow as the person I wanted to be. I started learning daily by following a daily routine, which helped me improve daily.
Over a period, I achieved significant results, which helped me develop unshakeable confidence and became happier and content. All this helped me in shifting my conditioned mindset, and my life transformed. Today I give credit to my ability to stay committed to my daily meditation and gratitude practice, which helps me be my Best Version. My daily practice in meditation and gratitude has given me confidence, willpower, and motivation to know how to transform and master every aspect of my life. Today I can say that I am a very self motivated person who believes that I was born for greatness and that the power is within me to transform any aspect of my life in which I am lacking. I have also realized that it’s essential to look at your strength
and focus on your weakness and make it your strength through my daily practices that inspired me to be the person I was born to be. The Oneness of Life and Its Environment
https://www.sgi.org/about-us/buddhistconcepts/oneness-of-self-andenvironment.html‘The principle of the oneness of life and its environment clarifies that individuals can influence and reform their environments through inner change or through the elevation of their basic life state. It tells us that our inner state of life will be simultaneously manifested in our surroundings. If we are experiencing a hellish
internal life state, this will be reflected in our surroundings and in how we respond to events. Likewise, when we are full of joy, the environment reflects this reality. If our basic tendency is toward the life state of compassion, we will enjoy the protection and support of the world around us. By elevating our basic life state—which is the purpose of Nichiren Buddhist practice—we can transform our external reality. As Nichiren writes, “If the minds of living beings are impure, their land is also impure, but if their minds are pure, so is their land. There are not two lands, pure or impure in themselves. The difference lies solely in the good or evil of our minds.” Everything is interconnected, and our individual lives exert a profound and potentially unlimited influence. As Daisaku Ikeda writes again, “It is Buddhism, the LotusSutra, that encourages and enables peopleto become aware of their great power, to draw it forth and use it. Buddhism gives
people the means to develop themselves thoroughly and opens their eyes to the limitless power inherent in their lives.” The more we believe that our actions do make a difference, the greater difference we
find we can make.’
ENERGY“You are energy, and energy cannot be created or destroyed. Energy just changes form. And that means You! The true essence of You, the pure energy of You, has always been and always will be. You can never not be.
RHONDA BYRNE
What is Energy?
Energy is something that you cannot get from outside, but it comes from inside. Whether you have high or low energy, it depends on how much clarity you have in terms of your life purpose, the people you surround yourself with, and your consistent goals that you want to accomplish to build the life of your dreams._ How does energy really work? _
Have you noticed people around you who are always whining and complaining? These people are subconsciously emitting their energy and, in the process, trying to fill up their energy with yours. It will result in those people draining out their energy, and, in the process, you will consume their energy and end up going at their level, which is the low energy level or low-frequency level. Focus on great things in life so that your
energy levels are high all the time!
